Today the Feds action against Arizona's immigration law shows the public only a small example of federal corruption and the selective enforcements of federal laws enacted by Congress to appease the public. Similar federal laws are ignored or only selectively prosecuted by our federal government. The United States Supreme Court has defined the term as follows: "A selective prosecution claim is not a defense on the merits to the criminal charge itself, but an independent assertion that the prosecutor has brought the charge for reasons forbidden by the Constitution." For example: The California medical marijuana dispensaries are a violation of federal laws. All State officials must uphold The Compassionate Use Act regardless of whether or not it is said to conflict with federal law. State of Oregon: Physician-Assisted Suicide / Oregon's Death with Dignity Act is against federal laws. “What are the boundary lines, if any, to state sanctioned suicide?” The law was ruled unconstitutional due to unequal protection under the law in 1994, but was overturned by the Ninth Circuit Court in 1997. “Where in the Constitution do we find distinctions between the paraplegics, the disabled, or any category of people who have their own psychological reasons for not wanting to continue living? What are the boundary lines of euthanasia of the unborn due to genetic flaws? Of the 22 major federal gun statutes, 20 are almost completely ignored. And they happen to be the laws intended to combat the black-market for firearms. The Federal Government is very selective in the enforcement and prosecution of their laws, only passed by Congress to appease the public in poverty. The millions of drug dealers and illegal drug users make up a potent voting block and few politicians are brave enough to seriously attempt to enforce the existing anti-drug laws. So it's probably no surprise that in the Presidential election thousands of convicted felons were illegally allowed to vote and so were illegal immigrants. More Federal Laws that are selective by status of income are enforced by the EEOC and in 2009 complaints against major corporations for violations of federal civil rights was 93,273 claims; denied claims were 85,980 claims, unsettled claims 7,290 claims, and that leaves three claims were taken to courts and won to appease the public outcry about sexual harassment by corporate supervisors. Of the claims 28,028 were forcible rapes with beatings and 12,696 were just Pro Quo sexual harassment claims. According to the ACLU, the FBI’s operations guide gives agents the authority to create maps of ethnic-oriented businesses, behavior, lifestyle, status of income, characteristics and cultural traditions in communities with concentrated ethnic populations. The only reason this policy of the FBI operation guide has come to surface is this enabled the gathering of data about Muslims’ charitable giving practices, financial transactions and jobs. The targeting certain ethnic groups due to status of income has been a part of the administration of justice for many, many years. Take the recent arrest and conviction of Aguilar Ramirez; who acknowledged that from approximately 1998 through July 2, 2008, he was the commander of the 1st Front of the FARC and that he led and directed other members of the 1st Front in the manufacture and distribution of ton quantities of cocaine, knowing and intending that the cocaine would be imported into the United States. That he and his group had unspecified connective protections from political leaders. The three men, and United States citizen Tom Janis, were captured by the FARC, after their plane crashed in FARC-occupied territory in the Colombian jungle. Janis was executed, and the remaining three men were held hostage by the FARC for over five years to insure protections would not be compromised. Frederich Blassel, the author of the Radio Suisse Romande story, told Colombia's W Radio that, according to his source, the release of hostages was not negotiated directly with FARC but with Aguilar Ramirez himself, one of the two guerrillas captured during the operation, they would receive the payment of USD 20 million. According to Blassel the two rebels would be given new identities by Spain, France or Switzerland after the public appeasement with sentencing was completed. Selective enforcement and prosecution of people by income status with Club Fed Prisons and protections by political leaders to those who make large donations is the way the federal government seems to work. Protecting the integrity of public officials and corporations is why they want illegal immigration and drugs on our streets; this creates job security for bigger government and a slave class for the corporations that are afraid to contact authorities about violations of civil right laws and safety.
